Responsibilities: - Engage with potential Brands/customers via phone call, email, seller visit and other channels to understand their business needs and identify opportunities - Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities - Schedule meetings and develop new business opportunities to fuel program’s growth - Achieve performance goals, monitor, evaluate and resolve barriers which against goals achievement. - Review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive improved result. - Help the team continuously improve and optimize our process, training, use of technology, and other applicable aspects of our business - Collect voice of Brands and co-work Amazon internal teams including PM and business team for consistent service improvement. - Support marketing event to drive education and lead generation through presentation. Basic qualifications Transparency is looking for a mid-level, talented and experienced New Seller Recruitment to drive operations and executive conversations with Brands of all sizes. You may be expected to contribute to special projects ranging from marketing to operational tasks as you may at times wear a variety of hats. - 2-3 years professional experience - Experience in cold calling, prospecting and penetrating business opportunities - Prior sales experience and negotiation skills - Problem-solving passion and service orientation - Oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English - Bachelor's Degree or above
