职位描述

Job Description: We are seeking Senior/ Principal Scientist for Oncology drug development based in shanghai. The role will drive discovery and progression of oncology drug development projects under manager’s guidance. Pharmaceutical industry R&D experience (3+ years for PhD, 5+ years for Master) is the minimal requirement. Successful candidate will work on cutting-edge drug-development projects, and project assessments for business development as well. Key Responsibilities: ？ Play a key role in driving R&D projects. Design and validate key in-vitro and in-vivo models to rank drug candidate, support candidate selection. ？ Coordinate with different in-company functions and CROs to push the R&D project forward. ？ Independently inquiry specific drug development field. Perform new target assessment, target validation and target proposal. ？ Perform scientific assessment on external business development projects. Requirements: ？ PhD or Master Degree in oncology, biology, immunology or related field. 3-5 years’ pharmaceutical industry R&D experience is the minimal requirement. Candidate with Oncology background is preferred. ？ Hands on experience on drug development projects, expertise in cellular and biochemical assays. ？ Deep understanding on drug discovery, candidate with target seeking and assessment experience is a plus. ？ The candidate should be highly responsible and self-motivated, with good communication skills and cross-function collaboration ability.
