工作职责: ？ Plan and monitor demo build according to schedule ？ 制定计划并监控demo进度 ？ Prepare and deliver tailored, solution oriented demo ？ 根据需求定制准备并交付面向解决方案的demo系统 ？ Ensure that demos are built properly in terms of functionality and aesthetic appeal. ？ 确保demo系统的功能和美观要求 ？ Produce professional looking SOP for demo operation ？ 为内外部客户制定专业的demo使用指导文档 ？ Coordinate and Manage (internal suppliers, internal team, and external suppliers) integrations required for demos ？ 协调和管理工作的相关方（内部供应商、内部团队和外部供应商等） ？ Participate and coordinate in general purpose demo and related activities across organization ？ 参与并协调公司内的demo演示和相关活动 ？ Define demo platform for Implementation of modular design in mechanical, electronics interface, and configurable PC emulator ？ 定义demo平台的模块化设计，如机械结构、电子、PC接口等 ？ Manage standard part/kits for internal demo shop ？ 管理内部的标准配件、套件等 任职资格: ？ 3-8 years of work experience in similar role and capacity. Working experience with display is a must ？ 3-8年类似职位经历，须具备LCD、OLED等显示相关工作经验 ？ Degree/associate degree in physical science or engineering or equivalent ？ 理工科毕业，本科或同等学历 ？ Hands on experience on mechanical fitting, electrical interconnection, and CAD tools ？ 具有机械组装、电子和CAD工具的实际操作经验 ？ Working knowledge with PC/Android emulator, HMI requirement, and prototyping techniques ？ 熟悉PC/Android仿真器、人机界面要求和原型制作技术 ？ Python/LabView or other scripting language knowledge is a plus ？ 熟悉Python/LabView或其他脚本语言知识优先 ？ Some project management skill ？ 具有一定的项目管理技能 ？ Cross discipline knowledge in mechanical, optical, electrical, HMI, embedded system ？ 具备一定的机械、光学、电气、人机界面、嵌入式系统等跨学科知识 ？ Appreciation for details 注重细节 ？ Good communication skill and can work independently as well as a team player ？ 良好的沟通能力，能独立工作，具有团队合作精神 ？ Good written and verbal command in English and Chinese ？ 良好的中英文读写和口头表达能力
