职位描述

Accountabilities: Providing high quality Customer Service & daily Operations service to account; Well coordinating between customers’ service requests and Carriers’ standard service guideline; Well coordinating daily Operations process, i.e. Trucking Fleet arrangement, Export Declaration process, Warehouse stuffing process, etc; Well filing all concerning documents: Shipping Order, Booking Acknowledgement, Invoices, B/L, Export documents, etc; Well doing daily performance list for management review. Well communicating internally and externally. Requirements: College/Bachelor, preferably in shipping/transportation related field; 1 year relevant working experience; Good command of both oral and written English; Good knowledge in Microsoft applications; Mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent problem solving skills; Must be a team player.
