Key Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with the BU operation to help them understand financial data, identify business opportunities and develop execution plans. ? Develop data model and financial plans and monitor execution to ensure business goals are achieved. ? Analyze business performance to understand cost structures and revenue sources to support business decision-making. ? Work with the commercial team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data. ? Provide financial guidance to the commercial head to help them understand financial data and its impact on business decision-making. ? Analyze business trends and opportunities and provide advice and support to optimize business performance. ? Analyze IT request from finance function and improving opportunities and communicate with IT supporting team Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting or related fields. ? 1+ years of experience in finance business partnering or related roles. ? 1+ years of experience in overseas logistics/warehouse management related. ? Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with operation and IT ? Proficient in financial software and Excel, with experience in financial modeling preferred. ? Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. ? Familiarity with financial management and accounting principles, with accounting certification preferred.
