We are looking for a digital education portal Operation Manager for Ads CN Education. Reporting to the Education Experience in-charge, you will take the responsibility to ensure organized documentation and smooth digital operations, including: Update KPI reports using Python, SQL and Excel. Closely monitor KPI performance and support the deep dives. Manage and organize education content catalog and information architecture; Provide data support for team operations, projects and ad-hoc requests; Help to automate manual operation process, such as facilitate training activities, including learning path creation, and etc.; Help to develop education content in different format to fulfill the seller needs of various channel and platform; Organize documents and maintain an inventory of electronic files allowing for easy access for internal and external users; Optimize the working process to empower the team with higher working efficiency; Proactively and independently handle from zero to end project management; Manage support email to troubleshoot seller problems and support seller success; Requirements: Bachelor or above degree; 3+ years related working experience; Proficient in using Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, PowerBI, Macro, etc.) and experience with SQL or Python or R; Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese; With basic to middle level video editing skills; A good team player and willing to connect with internal and external stakeholders; Self-motivated, problem solving skills and attention to details; Good learning & creative attitude, with strong marketing sense preferred; Willing to take increased responsibilities through conscious and proactive learning and development;
