职位描述

1. 管理32个语种小组，近180位freelancer（海外）和办公室译者，协调解决组内各种问题。 Mange 32 languages group, nearly 180 freelancers and office translators, coordinating and resolving all translation related issues. 2. 处理各部门翻译请求，制定翻译计划，合理分配工作任务，确保翻译结果按时交付。 Handle translation requests from various department, formulate corresponding plans, allocate work tasks reasonably, and ensure that translation results are delivered on time. 3. 梳理并优化相关工作流程，减少手动工作，推动数据信息化和工作自动化，并不断完善。 Sort out and optimize relevant workflow, reduce manual work, promote data informatization and work automation, and continuously improve. 4. 管控组内成本：每月或每季度对译者的翻译质量与绩效进行评估，平衡产出与开支，根据工作量及时进行人力的调整。 Cost control: Evaluation of translation quality and performance, balancing of output and cost, and timely adjust the manpower based on workload. 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历 2.英语口语流利，语言、国际贸易、电子商务，跨境电商相关专业专业； 3.运用办公软件，比如Word，Excel，PowerPoint，Jira等 4.对语言本土化有研究者优先。 5. 精通英语以外的语言者优先。
