Job Description o Working hours 0930-1800 Mon-Fri and 0930-1330 on alternate Sat; o Handle email and phone inquiries on a daily basis, and entertain visiting clients from time to time; o Close deals with new and existing clients, mostly by email and over the phone; o Coordinate with internal and external linguists, and monitor their progress if need be; o Develop strong ties with key clients and linguists, and maintain client database and project archive. Requirements o Tertiary educated in hospitality, business, marketing or other related disciplines; o At least 2 years of full-time experience in sales/customer services (suitable candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Customer Service Executive); o Keen interest in honing language skills an added advantage; o Good negotiation and communication skills; o Mature, multi-tasking and self-initiative with good business sense; o Competent in English and Putonghua as well as Cantonese.
