The Role 岗位介绍: We are looking for an autonomous and motivated marketing professional to help us scale our paid advertising efforts on Amazon. Primary campaign types to be managed would be: Amazon Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Brand Video, and Sponsored Display. 我们正在寻找一位自主上进的营销专才,帮助我们提升亚马逊品牌的付费广告业务。负责管理的主要广告活动类型有:亚马逊赞助产品(SP)、赞助品牌(SB)、赞助品牌视频(SBV)和赞助展示(SD)。 Some Responsibilities Include: 岗位职责: 1)Management of PPC for your assigned brands to Revenue and Profit targets. 管理您对接品牌的PPC广告业务,实现收入及利润目标; 2)Comprehensive project management and execution of marketing campaigns across 30+ brands. 对接30个以上品牌,负责进行全面的项目管理、Campaign营销活动的执行; 3)Active participation in identifying new and improved processes that will result in continued improvement of Thrasio’s PPC best practices. 积极参与识别新的、改进的流程,持续改进Thrasio的PPC广告的最合适实践; 4)Tracking growth forecasts to ensure we achieve plan and recommending course correction, if off target. 追踪增长预测,确保实现计划,如果偏离目标,则提供建议进行改正; 5)Manage & optimize PPC advertising campaigns exclusively for Amazon. 管理和优化专门针对亚马逊的PPC广告营销活动; 6)Monitor keyword rank and implement marketing programs to maintain rank. 监测关键词排名,实施营销计划以保持排名; 7)Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within the Amazon and online shopping space. 掌握专业知识,了解亚马逊和线上消费领域内的新兴趋势; 8)Assume Leadership role in special projects as needed. 在需要时担任亚马逊PPC团队特殊项目的负责人; 9)Perform other duties as necessary or required. 履行其他必要或需要的职责。 What You Bring to The Party: 任职要求: 1)Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a proven paid, B2C customer acquisition environment running either Google Paid Search or Amazon PPC. 3年以上相关经验,熟悉谷歌付费搜索或亚马逊PPC领域,熟悉付费广告、B2C客户获取环境; 2)A strong financial / analytical background to support a test and learn approach while continually evolving and optimizing our marketing mix. 专业的财务/分析背景,支持测试和学习方法,同时不断改进和优化营销组合。
