职位信息: 跨境电商销售运营专员 岗位职责： 负责Amazon, Walmart, Shopify平台的运营，负责账号的管理与维护，处理账号日常事宜； 负责产品listing编辑上架，日常维护优化（维护顾客关系，优化listing图片、标题、详情页描述以及关键词等）； 熟悉运用Amazon, Walmart, Shopify平台规则及促销推广方法；提高产品的曝光量以及转化率，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用； 做好数据分析，关注和查看产品在平台上的销售情况与排名情况，及时做出相应的调整； 根据公司现有产品制定产品营销计划及完成销售目标； 定期统计销售数据、库存数据等，根据产品销量与库存情况制定及调整补货或清货计划，保持库存的良性周转； 制定备货计划，提出订货需求, 协助新品开发； 完成上級安排的其他工作。 岗位要求： 有一年及以上Amazon销售工作经验，了解跨境电商现状； 英语听说读写流利6级以上水平，商务信函写作熟练； 能够熟练地使用office等办公软件 ； 熟悉Amazon, Shopify 平台的流程及规则、细操，并善于使用各种推广工具，对维护和管理帐号安全有丰富经验，规避潜在风险； 头脑灵活，逻辑性强，具有一定的数据分析能力, 并善于解决各类业务问题； 工作热情, 有团队精神和服务意识，为人诚实守信，做事認真細心，较强的学习能力、应变能力。 E-Commerce Officer Role & Responsibilities Manage different sales channels activities, including product listing, enhance content, promotions, and inventory planning. Plan and implement marketing and sales promotional campaigns. Analyze the sales, advertising performance and make suggestions to reach the target. Prepare the reports regularly. Product Replenishment Order Planning Liaise with purchasing and sourcing team from development to shipment. Working closely with both internal & external parties to meet project deadlines & deliverables. Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management Experience and skills needed: Higher Diploma in Marketing / Sales or related discipline 1-2 years of working experience in E-commerce (platform related). Fresh- graduate with ambition will be considered as an assistant. Experience with logistic arrangement, warehouse management, or FBA is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Numerically sensitive with a strong analytical mindset Competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment that requires multi-tasking skills, flexibility, and adaptability Active listening and learning skill, team spirit mindset, good interpersonal communication skill Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin) Immediate available is highly preferred.
