This position provides technical and quality engineering support for inspections, audits, NPI and mass production, and liaises directly with suppliers on day-to-day quality operations. Execute defined quality work processes; obtain and implement detailed quality work procedures, evaluate and monitor supplier performance, and drive continual improvement. Job Responsibilities: -Develop and implement detailed quality work procedures and keep in line with the quality team and suppliers - Prepare quality KPIs, monitor and review supplier performance and drive continuous improvement - Provide quality engineering support in NPI including PFMEA, Control Plan and review of production readiness -Support QC team - Lead and resolve production and field quality issues -Identify supplier development needs through planning, actions and reviews - Audit new suppliers - Conduct quality training to improve the quality capabilities of ourselves, QC, QE and suppliers - Close interaction and regular review with quality team to achieve business requirements job requirements: -5+ years of quality or engineering related experience - Experience with appliances, electronics or consumer products (notebooks, mobile phones, tablets, smart homes) is a plus - Strong problem solving and analytical skills, - Can adapt to the highly competitive working environment; - Good personal leadership and strong team spirit and communication skills - Good at making reports - Good communication skills in English (reading/writing/speaking) - Work in Shenzhen city, Nanshan District at Shekou area
