Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager for our Motorcycles division to lead marketing, communication, and branding efforts across Asia. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Motorcycles or Cars Marketing in Asia, be a passionate motorcycles executive and a dot connector between the Global Marketing and the company distributors in the Asian Region. Fluency in Chinese and English is required. Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee product launch campaigns and events to promote our brand across the Asian markets - Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics in collaboration with the Global Marketing Office - Provide support to the Global Office in organizing global sponsorships, racing events, regional sales events, and regional product launch events - Create, execute, and manage product training programs to enhance the distributors' knowledge and skills - Demonstrate a deep understanding of branding, communications, and marketing guidelines - Evangelize our brand culture in all internal and external communications - Develop and lead the creation of motorcycle exhibitions in the US or other countries, from concept to final execution Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Motorcycles or Cars Industry in Asia - Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent in both Chinese and English - Strong leadership skills to lead a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional departments - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once - Passion for motorcycles and deep understanding of the industry trends and customer insights This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Marketing Manager to enhance their career with a leading company in the Motorcycles industry across Asia.
