Job Summary: The Product Manager for Motorcycle Accessories & Promotional Materials oversees the development, planning, marketing, and selling of our lineup of motorcycle accessories and promotional materials. The successful candidate will manage the entire product life cycle, including product research, development, design, manufacturing, and marketing. Responsibilities: - Drive the development and execution of our product roadmap for motorcycle accessories and promotional materials - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target customer segments - Work closely with the design and engineering teams to develop high-quality and innovative products that meet the needs and preferences of our target customers - Manage the pricing and profitability of our motorcycle accessories and promotional materials products - Develop and implement effective promotional and marketing strategies to drive product sales - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of products to customers - Collaborate with external partners to expand our product portfolio and distribution channels - Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, and adapt product strategy accordingly Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry - Strong understanding of the motorcycle industry and accessory trends - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies, including digital marketing - Knowledge of motorcycle safety gear and riding accessories is preferred.
