Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage incident service desk ticket Initiate customer solutions design and proposal for downstream integration/implementation execution through IT and Customer Service. Execute workaround or permanent fix or changes responsibilities to enable seamless shipment processing Monitor shipment data quality and production support the marketplaces business Acts as internal technical consultant for country’s systems Share and align local integration requirements with Onboarding to ensure that solution is aligned with business unit's goals and priorities Support and training users, and work on documentations Desired Skills / Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline Minimum 5 years of equivalent experience with at least 2 years' IT customer solution and management experience. Knowledge of ERP, EDI, API, TMS, WMS preferred Strong interest in learning and applying technical solution in daily support. Solid analytical, critical thinking, time management, teamwork, and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Experience in Logistics / eCommerce is advantage and knowledge of shipping systems preferred Must be a good team player PMP certification preferred
