职位描述
工作职责: Main Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for developing product strategy in assigned regions, promoting UIH products to increase customer base, and driving growth of market share; 2. Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales & product marketing objectives; 3. Execute Go to Market Strategy and plans to maximize installed base, and increasing project winning rate; 4. Identify and Develop KOL relation in Key countries and closely working together with them to improve brand awareness and reputation as well as the leadership position of MR products. 5. Interface directly with prospects, determine optimal system configurations accordingly; 6. Create and deliver customized presentations/demonstrations and/or site visits to prospects; 7. Perform market survey and competitor assessment across the region in routine basis. Summarize and present to management team and BU to drive the customer oriented solution and product development; 8. Proactively work with sales team and business channels to prepare marketing plan and activities. 9. Prepare relative materials and provide dedicated training to stakeholders including but not limited to Customer, Business Channel, Sales team etc. 10. Gradually develop team structure with head of BM and regional VP. 11. Other tasks assigned by management team; 任职资格: Qualification Requirements 1. Bachelor Degree or above in medical or other related areas; 2. Typically 5+ years of successful track record and leadership experiences in diagnostic imaging industry; 3. Superb business acumen, communication, and management skills and capabilities; 4. Deep understanding of diagnostic imaging ecosystem and key customer needs; 5. Open minded and strong entrepreneurship
