职位描述

Responsibilities: 1. Complete tax compliance assignments, such as preparing CIT and IIT returns, interact with the client for information collection, and communicate with the tax officers 2. Assist to conduct benchmarking studies and draft transfer pricing documentation reports 3. Advise on tax consulting projects, including share transfer, tax due diligence, tax planning, and tax audit defense 4. Research and provide interpretation of tax laws and regulations 5. Assist in the compilation of internal documentation and guidelines 6. Complete other tasks assigned by the team leader Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in tax, accounting, finance or other relevant majors 2. 1-2 years’ tax related experience 3. CPA or TA preferred 4. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint 5. Proven client management skills 6. Strong presentation skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English and Mandarin Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
