职位描述

工作职责: 1. 协助上级完成税务申报和管理工作，如准备企业所得税和外籍人员个税的申报表，与客户联络并收集信息等; 2. 协助准备转让定价可比性分析，以及起草转让定价文档报告; 3. 研究税务相关的法律法规和解释; 4. 协助整理部门内部的合规文件； 5. 完成经理及上级交代的其他任务。职位要求: 1. 大学本科在读大三或大四或研究生在读，税务、金融、会计或经济学专业优先考虑； 2. 致力于将税务咨询作为职业发展方向； 3. 有较强的学习意愿，能够应对工作压力，并能按时完成工作； 4. 具有良好的英语写作及沟通能力; 5. 熟练使用Microsoft办公软件，如Office， Excel, PowerPoint。 Job Responsibility and Accountability: 1. Complete tax compliance assignments, such as preparing CIT and IIT returns, interact with the client for information collection; 2. Assist to conduct benchmarking studies and draft transfer pricing documentation reports; 3. Research and provide interpretation of tax laws and regulation; 4. Assist in the compilation of internal documentation; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by the team leader. Job requirements: 1. Junior or Senior year in undergraduate studies or pursuing a Master degree , major in tax, finance, accounting or economics is preferred; 2. Have a passion for taxation as a career; 3. Willing to learn and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; 4. Fluent in both spoken and written English; 5. Proficiency in MS office, Excel and PPT.
