此岗位要求英语作为工作语言,听说读写精通,请保守投递,谢谢! JD: 1. Collaborate with customer (internal or external) from requirements gathering through product acceptance/ approval. Fully understand customer's requirements and keep good communication and relationship with customers. 2. Responsible, leading and coordinate the Project team and Project Cycle to make and follow the project plan including R&D plan, quality plan, cost plan, time plan, *** power plan, purchase plan, risk analysis etc. 3. Manage development of project plans with focus on achievement of project goals and corporate initiatives, including project specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) or metrics 4. Client relationship management: Manage relationships with customers at the senior and middle management level and ensure customer satisfaction; 5. Lead and manage new project developments from the initiation phase to the end. Monitor and driver the project activities to follow the company processes. 6. Accountable for overall project success and manage the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints. 7. Report project status, issues and implemented solutions as well as evaluations and assessments of the results 8. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy 9. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned 10. Generating of process documentation incl. system management plan, milestone review report etc. 11. Support department manager to contact with customer for certain topics. Qualification: 1. Min. 3 years Project manager experience, bachelor degree and above. 2. Excellent PM skills on planning, reporting, presenting and decision making. 3. Very strong selfmotivated, Leadership, Strong in communication and interpersonal skills to work with people across at all levels of the organization. 4. Problem determination and be able to make crisp action plans; 5. Strong business sense including contract, negotiation, system management capability, understanding and Focus on Business Controls / Process adherence and Compliance; 6. Be able to establish strong working relationship with internal BMZ and functional teams; 7. Results oriented, analytical, systematic, mature, practice, and passionate, open to changes. 工作职责: 1.通过产品验收/批准,从需求收集与客户(内部或外部)协作。充分了解客户的要求,与客户保持良好的沟通和关系; 2.负责,领导和协调项目团队和项目周期,制定并遵循项目计划,包括研发计划,质量计划,成本计划,时间计划,人力计划,采购计划,风险分析等; 3.管理项目计划的制定,重点是实现项目目标和企业计划,包括项目特定的关键绩效指标(KPI)或指标; 4.客户关系管理:管理高级和中级管理层与客户的关系,确保客户满意度; 5.领导和管理从启动阶段到结束的新项目开发。监视和驱动项目活动以遵循公司流程; 6.对项目的整体成功负责,并在范围,质量,时间和成本限制范围内管理工作; 7.报告项目状态,问题和实施的解决方案以及对结果的评估和评估; 8.遵守并遵守公司安全政策中的所有程序; 9.履行指定的其他职责; 10.生成流程文档,包括系统管理计划,里程碑审查报告等; 11.支持部门经理就某些主题与客户联系。 任职资格: 1. 统招大专及以上学历,3年以上项目管理经验,理工科专业背景优先; 2.英语精通,能熟练听说读写,对接海外客户; 3.逻辑思维清晰,表达流利,善于沟通,时间观念强。
