As an IRF operations engineer, your task is to ensure that end-to-end IRF operations achieve optimal efficiency in terms of lead time and cost. Order follow-up; Follow up the weekly order issuance, analyze the order to ensure the correctness of the order, if there is an anomaly, contact the overseas factory (mainly in France) to understand the real demand, and adopt the best delivery plan as soon as possible. Flexibility to manage forecasts/orders and communicate with factories on logistics agreements. Closely track the release reduction to reduce overloading. - Maintain communication with overseas customers and other teams (project, engineering, customs, finance) to resolve anomalies of components exported to overseas plants and improve supply chain performance. Work with overseas factory /IRF to make efficient shipping arrangements in terms of cost and time (sea, air or train), providing the necessary information for overseas shipment tracking. Develop weekly delivery schedule and follow up supplier cancellations to meet overseas demand. Discuss in depth with suppliers whether any critical components are at risk of delivery and develop a continuous improvement plan to cover shortfalls. Deal with crisis issues and arbitrate responsibility for delivery discrepancies if necessary. Logistics operation: Work with logistics service providers (LSPS), including warehouses, booking agents, carriers, trucking companies, to ensure that order management, inbound management, inventory management, booking arrangements, outbound management and customs operations are run on time. - Attach great importance to warehouse operations, including inventory level control, to reduce costs, improve container saturation and loading qualification rate, and ensure platform service rate The others, Work closely with the project manager to control the launch of new projects and E&O(overage and abandonment) Support the systematic preparation of new production notifications to ensure that invoices and packing lists are generated in a timely manner to support customs declarations at loading ports and destinations. Qualifications (education, experience, skills, abilities, etc.) 1. At least 1-3 years experience in order management or import/export logistics 2. Bachelor degree, master degree is preferred 3. Fluent written and oral communication skills in French and English 4. Proficient in office software (especially Excel) and Outlook. 5. SAP experience is preferred. 6. Proactive, open cultural experience, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical, communication, negotiation and conflict management skills 7. Whether the working hours are flexible to meet the overtime requirements of overseas work。
