职位描述
Objective of Job This position will be a member of IRF and report to IRF Supervisor. As IRF operation engineer, the mission is to ensure best efficiency in end-to-end IRF Operations in terms of lead time and cost. Brief Task Description (A Job Description document must be completed prior to official employment activity.) Order follow up, - Track weekly release and analyses the order to ensure the correctness, if anything abnormal, contact oversea plants (Mainly French Plants) to understand the real demand and pass the best delivery plan as early as possible. Manage forecasts/orders flexibility, communicate with plant for the respect of logistic protocol. - Close follow up on release decreasing to reduce overship. - To keep communication with oversea customers, and other Stellantis team (project, engineering, customs, finance) in order to solve anomalies and improve supply chain performance for component export to over sea plants. - Work with overseas plants/IRF to make efficient shipping arrangement (ocean, air or train) in terms of cost and time, provide necessary information to overseas for shipments tracking. - Make weekly delivery planning, track call off delivery of supplier to meet overseas demands. - Deep dive with supplier if there are any critical parts with delivery risk and make continuous improvement plan to cover the shortage. Manage Crisis Issue and make arbitration on the delivery discrepancy responsibilities when necessary. Logistics operation: - Work with Logistics Service Provider (LSP), including warehouse, booking agent, carrier, truck company to ensure on time operation on order management, Inbound management, Stock management, Booking arrangement, Outbound management and Customs operation. - Pay high attention to warehouse operation including stock level control for reducing cost as well as enhancing the container saturation and loading qualification, to guarantee the platform service rate Others, - Close work with PM to have good control on the new project launch as well as have E&O (Excess and Obsolete) - Support on system readiness for new PN, to ensure invoice and packing list could be generated on time to support customs declaration at loading port and destination. - Maintain the correct system data by working with related functions (Purchasing, PM, Finance, Warehouse, etc). Work with ICT to fix the system issue if needed. - KPI, meet KPI set by management and analyses KPI result for improvement internally and externally. Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Competence etc.) 1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in order management or Logistics Export/Import Operations 2. Bachelor Degree, Master’s Degree is desirable 3. Fluent French and English Communication Skills both written and verbal 4. Good command of MS office (especially for Excel), Outlook. 5. Having SAP experience will be preferred. 6. Proactive, Open mind for intercultural experience, team working, problem solving, analytical skills, communication skills, negotiation & conflict management 7. Have flexibility on working hours to meet requirement of Overtime working with overseas
