职位描述

If there are any abnormalities, please contact overseas factories (mainly European factories) to understand the actual demand and pass the best delivery plan as soon as possible. Flexibility in managing forecasts/orders, communicating logistics agreements with factories. -Closely track the release reduction to reduce oversold. -Maintain communication with overseas clients and teams (project, engineering, customs, finance) to resolve abnormal situations and improve the supply chain performance of parts exported to offshore factories. -Collaborate with overseas factories/IRF to make effective transportation arrangements (sea, air, or train) in terms of cost and time, and provide necessary information for tracking overseas shipments. -Develop weekly delivery plans and track supplier cancellations to meet overseas demand. -If there is a delivery risk for any critical parts, please have a deep understanding with the supplier and develop a continuous improvement plan to make up for the shortage. Manage crisis issues and, if necessary, arbitrate responsibility for delivery discrepancies. Collaborate with logistics service providers (LSPs), including warehouses, booking agents, carriers, and truck companies, to ensure timely operation of order management, inbound management, inventory management, booking arrangements, outbound management, and customs operations. -Attach great importance to warehouse operations, including inventory level control, to reduce costs, improve container saturation and loading quality, and ensure platform service rates Other, -Work closely with PM to maintain good control over the initiation of new projects and conduct E&O (excessive and outdated) -Support the system preparation work for the new PN to ensure timely generation of invoices and packing lists, thereby supporting customs clearance at the loading port and destination. -Maintain correct system data by collaborating with relevant functional departments (procurement, PM, finance, warehouse, etc.).
