"The Transportation SME will follow ABI 10 Principle and use EP as working method to be responsible for: •Timely and accurately delivery arrangement, to support business development in different region 及时准确处理运输业务,支持前端销售业务顺利开展 •Handling customer related issue, to reduce customer complaint and improve service satisfaction 解决客户提出的问题和投诉, 不断减少投诉,提高客户订单服务的满意度 •Providing visualized report to facilitate sales to do analysis and decision making 提供可视化报告,以帮助销售进行分析和决策 •Coaching team member to improve team capability指导团队其他成员,帮助他们提高业务能力 •Achieve the KPI/SLA target 达成KPI/SLA目标" "Project项目: •Assist LM to improve productivity through BSC process optimization, automatic tool and other system method. 协助直接经理通过BSC流程优化和工具自动化等方式实现生产力提高。 " "Business Management业务管理: •Do transportation related coordination among plant, client and carrier 工厂、客户和运输商的协调 •Make weekly/daily delivery plan 日或周运输计划的制定 •Upload delivery plan and book slot time in system 运输计划在系统中的上载和运输窗口时间预约 •Record customers’ requirement and related issue, communicate with multi-function team to solve the problem, and give feedback in time. 了解和记录客户的要求和投诉,与相关部门沟通,及时给予反馈 •Accomplish work according to SLA. 根据SLA完成各项工作任务 •Following EP requirement, implement work according to EP and achieve related EP target 执行EP各项规定,并按照EP的要求开展工作,与公司一起实现EP的目标 •Through self-study and training to eliminate skill gap and improve technical capability. Share successful experience with team member, to help team making step-by-step progress 通过不断学习和培训,消除技能差距,提高自身专业技能,同时积极分享自己的成功经验,与团队一起进步 " "Education 教育背景: Minimum bachelor’s Degree本科及以上学历 " "English 英语水平: Good English Reading and Writing skills 英语可读写 " "Experience 工作经验: 2 years above working with experience in supply chanin & logistics preferred 2年以上工作经历,供应链物流领域优先考虑" "Technical competencies:(Job related) 技术能力(岗位相关的): Fundamental Knowledge Requirement知识要求: •Familiar with transportation related operation process and carrier management 熟悉运输的操作流程和运输商的管理 •Understand FMCG business 了解快消品销售的基本业务 •Good customer service and communication skill 具备客户服务的沟通技巧 •Basic Financial and Accounting knowledge基本的财务会计知识 Technical Skills专业技能: •Familiar with MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint, etc.) and good computer operation skill. With VBA or BI related experience prefered. 熟悉Word / Excel / PowerPoint 等软件,并具备较强的计算机运用能力.有VBA和VI经验者优先。 •Familiar with SAP system 熟悉SAP操作 •Strong coordination, communication skill and power of execution较强的协调和沟通能力和执行力 •Hard working and with responsibility 做事认真,有责任心 •With professional ethics, team building, collaboration skill, high sense of responsibility, and strong pressure resistance management capability 具有敬业精神,团队建设、合作能力、耐性和高度的责任感,能承受较强的工作压力 •Good time management skill 较强的时间管理能力
