工作职责： 1.根据基地经营目标、经营方向联合税务、财务会计、计划等团队跟踪经营目标实现情况，配合当地总经理进行运营状况分析，寻求降本方向，管控生产经营风险 2.关注并熟悉光伏市场波动，分析成本与目标偏差原因，联合基地业务推动降本，促进非硅成本目标达成 3.完成基地利润目标制定及滚动预测， 关注销售，成本，费用管控，促进工厂经营目标达成 4.固定资产及存货库存管理，保证工厂资产安全，提高资产使用效率， 5.本地工厂税务合规，应对税务审查。配合集团税务团队提前做好避税规划及合理应对策略。 岗位要求： 1.本科及以上财务相关专业 2.财务精通会计及成本管理；组织、协调/整合资源能力；税务风险防范、财务分析和风险管控能力 3.了解光伏业务以及工厂的运作，有良好沟通与洞察能力 4.中国地区招聘人员需具备英文/印尼文沟通能力，适应长期出差海外 5.印尼地区招聘人员需具备英文/中文沟通能力 6.长期外派国外 Job responsibilities： 1、According to the business objectives, cooperate with the tax, financial accounting, planning teams to track accomplishment of the business objectives. Coordinate with the general manager to analyze the operation situation, looking forward to reduce the operating cost and control the operational risks. 2、Focus on the PV solar market, be familiar with the market fluctuations, analyze the causes of the deviation between actual cost and the target. Promote a rational cost reduction plan to achieve the cost target. 3、Complete profit target setting and rolling forecast, pay attention to sales, cost and expense control, and promote the achievement of factory business objectives 4、Fixed assets and inventory management, ensure the safety of factory assets, improve the efficiency of asset use 5、Local factory tax compliance, deal with tax review. Cooperate with the group tax team to make tax avoidance planning and reasonable coping strategies in advance. Job requirements: 1、Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting, or any relevant field, 2、Proficient in accounting and cost management; Able to organize, coordinate and integrate resources; Tax risk prevention, financial analysis and risk control ability 3、Understand the PV business and plant operation, good communication and insight skills 4、Language require: Chinese, English, Indonesian
