Duties and Responsibilities: • Use data mining and analytical techniques to flesh out customer insights in loyalty program database, especially use statistical tool (SPSS) to build customer lifecycle model, customer segmentation, etc., and translate customer insights into actionable recommendations • Analyze business data to interpret business reports, trends and provide recommendation deem appropriate to cross-function teams • Provide business insight and concrete business analysis case by case to Commercial,, work out suggestions & solutions and initiate follow ups • Experience and successful cases in machine learning modeling to solve busines problems, at least be familiar with prediction models such as XGboost, GBDT. • Work closely with internal and external partners to build up a big data system (including online and offline behavior) for various analysis requirements • Consumer insights project design, execution, analysis and reporting to drive customer centric growth strategies and actions, including quantitative and qualitative market research projects • Supervise and manage related agencies on project planning and implementation • Recommend the optimized customer targeting for all communications according to historical results and learning • Monitor and research domestic and foreign CRM programs and provide benchmarking data • Mentor internal analysis team, contributing to their technical and career development Qualifications: · BA/Master in Statistics, Biostatistics, Economics, Computer Sciences or related quantitative science degree · Good in English and Chinese · 8+ years’ experience in CRM and data analysis · 5+ years’ project management experience to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and balance multiple priorities · Strong data analysis skill with proficiency in the use of SPSS, SQL server database (SPSS&SQL is a must), Python or R.
