职位描述
本岗位要求必须会德语，并且德语能达到可以面试的水准。 本岗位有机会一周在家办公3天。 1. Work hand in hand with the founder and take care of daily work assigments in the most efficient way 与创始人携手工作，以高效的方式处理好日常工作任务 2. Manage and lead inspection team and handle communications between inspector 管理和带领检验员团队，处理检验员之间的沟通 3. Prepare and review technical document and prepare inspection documents 准备和审核技术文件，准备验货文件 4. Support Inspection arrangement and support for technical questions 协助安排检验工作，并为技术问题提供支持 5. Communicate efficiently with clients, factorys and inspectors 与客户、工厂和检验员进行有效沟通 6. Perform inspections and visit factories 执行验货和对工厂进行检查和访问 7. Proactive improvement of SOP, procedure, standards and company regulations and service quality 积极改进SOP、程序、标准和公司规章制度及服务质量 工作要求： 1. German language skills required 必须会德语 2. Pay a lot of attention to detail, even when working fast and meeting tight deadlines 需要非常注意细节，即使是在快速工作下和紧迫的截止日期前 3. A positive attitude, good organization skills and time management 工作态度积极，有良好的组织能力和时间管理能力
