职位描述
Human Resources Role:
1 Manage HR affairs of company (contracts, payload, funds, insurances and all related staff issues) 管理公司的人力资源事务(合同、工资、社保和所有相关员工问题)
2 HR key-indicator report to GM 向总经理汇报工作内容
3 Organise regular company events and ensure well-being of staff 定期组织公司活动,确保员工福利。
4 Regular update of employee handbook, communication of changes and rules 定期更新员工手册和一些公司的规章制度
5 Ensure well-being of our employees (proactive and realistic proposals) 确保员工福利(提出积极可行的建议)
Admin Role:
1 Manage all related administrative task in our company 管理公司相关的行政工作
2 Manage insurances and contracts 管理公司保险和合同
3 Business travel arrangements 差旅管理
4 Purchase company equipment and daily necessities 采购公司设备以及日常用品
5 Manage attendance- and holiday record, in/out going applications and more. 管理员工考勤记录,休假记录
6 Manage office supplies in stock room 管理办公用品
7 Ensure functionality of office equipment and assist IT service provider 确保办公设备的功能并协助IT
8 Record keeping 保存一些相关记录。
GM-Assistan Role
1 Assist GM according to his needs (company and private matters) 根据总经理的需要,协助其完成公司事务。
2 Manage all personal administrative task for GM (Visa, registration, certificates etc.) 管理总经理的一些私人事情,例如签证,登记和证书。
3 Assist GM with translation works 帮助总经理的一些翻译工作
4 Assist GM with potential marketing tasks: Such as facilitating new product- and market research based on company needs, local product sales, exhibitions and further works 协助总经理完成潜在的营销任务:例如根据公司需求促进新产品和市场研究、当地产品销售、展览和进一步的工作
5 Provide excellent communication skills to GM to support his work, daily tasks and reduce his work-load 为总经理提供出色的沟通技巧,以支持他的工作、日常任务并减轻他的工作量
