Johnson Electric is hiring a Quality Manager to support our motor manufacturing operations in Jiangmen. This role is responsible for continuous improvement programs from quality perspective. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the team to drive Company COQ (cost of quality) across the plant. 2. Identify the key process driver towards Cpk improvement. 3. Support the quality team to effectively implement quality strategies. 4. Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System as per IATF 16949 and compliance to customer and regulatory requirements. 5. Drive improvement actions to ensure capable products and manufacturing processes. 6. Drive lesson-learnt across to similar projects and product platforms. Requirements: 1. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree 2. With solid continuous improvement experience in regarding LEAN, TPM, COQ, OEE, etc. 3. Strong in root cause analysis methodology and able to identify the key process driver towards Cpk improvement. 4. Experienced in problem solving and continuous improvement tools like 8D, 5-Why, DOE, Six Sigma. 5. Good interpersonal communication skills. 6. Fluency in English and Chinese.
