Key Responsibility： 主要职责 ： 1. Manage PLC engineer team daily work; 管理PLC工程师组日常工作； 2. Develop standard documents in commissioning phase, like I/O check list, commissioning work load etc.; 制定PLC调试阶段的标准文件，例如 输入输出检查表，调试工作量表等等； 3. Evaluate group members technical skills level and performance; 评估团队成员的专业技术水平和表现； 4. Mentor team members to grow up healthy step by step in PLC commissioning; 指导团队成员在PLC调试过程中能力的提升和成长； 5. Supporting team members during projects phase, like: VC,OLP and online commissioning etc.; 支持团队成员解决在项目实施阶段遇到的技术难题, 比如：虚拟调试、离线编程、在线调试等等； 6. Check sub supplier program quality and lead them to customer standard or EBZ Standard; 检查下包商的程序质量并指导其达到客户或者宝驰工业的标准； 7. Organize internal and external training in group. 组织安排本组的内部和外部培训。 Qualifications: 任职资格： 1. Bachelor degree or above , major in Automation or Electrical is preferred; 本科学历及以上，自动化，电气相关专业优先； 2. More than 3 years of experience in Automation industry ,multinational company is preferred; 工业自动化行业6年以上工作经验，跨国公司经历优先； 3. At least more than 3 years management experience over 10 employees; 至少三年以上管理10人的团队经验； 4. Familiar with at least one Siemens PLC S7-400,TIA1500; 至少熟悉一种西门子PLC S7-400,TIA1500； 5. Knowledge of electrical hardware; 具有电气硬件的相关知识； 6. Familiar with main Auto electrical standards: BMW\Daimler\Volkswagen; 熟悉主要汽车电气标准：宝马，戴姆勒，大众； 7. Good English skill is preferred; 良好的英语技能； 8. Initiative, responsible, can work under pressure, team-working spirit, accept business trip. 主动、负责能够承受压力,团队合作精神，接受出差。
