1Recording plannings (e.g. APO - monthly rolling planning) according to specifications of key account managers and sales managers 根据大客户经理与销售经理的要求更新销售计划(如APO-月度滚动计划) 2、Creating and tracking offers accroding to specifications of key account managers 根据大客户经理要求创建和跟踪客户订单 3、Creating standard offers in coordination with key account managers and sales managers 与大客户经理和销售经理协调创建客户标准订单 4、Participation in content-related preparation of customer events and participating in fairs and presentations 参与相关客户活动的准备,参加展会和演示 5Processing customer orders in the development process (delivery notes, invoices) in coordination with key account managers and sales managers。 Responsible for Mercedes-Benz, Li Auto, Great Wall and other customer reconciliation and settlement related matters。 处理客户订单并与大客户经理与销售经理核对送货单,发票等事宜 负责奔驰、理想、长城等客户对账结算相关事宜 6、Participation in spare parts management (spare parts supervision, -management, and assortment clearing) 参与配件管理(备件的监督,管理,和结算 ) 7、Accepting customer requests of technical and commercial nature for further editing responsible positions 接收和处理客户关于技术和商业方面的要求 8、Taking care of national and international correspondence 处理国内外的联络 9、Participation in creating customer-specific documentations (e.g. documentation of changes and customer satisfaction measurement) 负责创建客户文档(如顾客满意度调查等) 10、Inserting orders and relevant activities to adjacent departments 和相关部门一起跟踪订单 11、Participation in creating standard reports (chances, risks, accruals) 参与创建报告( 机会,风险,费用) 12、Processing the receivables management (contacting customers when having payment differences) 处理应收账款管理(付款时有差异时联系客户) 13、Maintenance of SAP-master data according to customer- and material data and contractual terms 根据客户数据与合同条款维护SAP主数据 14、Checking dates with customers (samplings, deliveries, etc.) 客户确认日期(采样、交付等) 15、Giving information on customer requests (national and international) after consultation with key account managers 与大客户经理确认后给国内外客户回馈信息 16、Carry-out target/ performance comparisons (DB4, sales, costs), creating forecasts and analysis of deviations 达成目标,业绩评比(DB4,销售,成本),销售预测和差异分析
