Position Title: Cloud Ops Manager (Operations Analyst) 职位名称: 营运分析师 Position Reports To: Sr. Manager, Clouds Services 职位上司: 高级经理,云服务 Job Purposes: 工作摘要: Support all operations processes for our Customers Trading Partners Activation. 为客户的贸易伙伴系统启动过程中的所有操作问题提供支持。 Job Responsibilities: 工作职责: Support the daily operations and continuous improvement of business process on the customer onboarding activities. Work directly with clients on Network Onboarding engagement and support, including but not limited to 为客户系统启动的日常操作提供支持并持续改善业务流程。对客户系统启动提供的协助和支持包括但不限于: Customer/partner onboarding support. 为客户及其贸易合作伙伴的系统启动提供支持; Partner onboarding outreach. 主动联系贸易合作伙伴加速其系统启动进程; Onboarding project coordination and monitoring 对系统启动项目的跟进、协调和监督; Training center user ID creation (Infor Campus) 负责培训系统(Infor Campus)的用户创建; Equipment ordering support 对贸易合作伙伴的设备订购提供支持和帮助; Customer campaign list support 筛选和整理出客户信息通知所需的人员名单; Generate reporting metrics on a regular/ ad-hoc basis. 生成定期/不定期的度量报告。 Work on continuous improvement projects such as to streamline the onboarding process and improve the efficiency. 持续改进项目,如减少系统启动生命周期和提高效率。 Handle ad-hoc operations tasks/ data entries tasks. 处理临时的操作任务/资料录入工作。 Check and finish daily/ weekly/ monthly reports per request. 按照要求检查并完成日报/周报/月报。 Experience, Skills and Job Competencies: 经验,技能和工作能力: 3 - 5 years’ experience in general business operations. 3 - 5年一般商业营运经验。 Strong Operations experience in the international supply chain or trading industry. 具有丰富的国际供应链或贸易行业的营运经验。 Strong customer orientation and analytical skills. Attention to detail, a desire to solve problems. 客户导向,具有较强的分析能力。注重细节并乐意解决问题。 Excellent written and oral communications skills in Chinese and English. 优秀的中文和英语(书写及口语)。 Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 能够既独立并在团队环境中工作。 Ability to multi-task and work in a tight timeline/ time-sensitive environment. 能够处理多项任务,并在紧迫的期限内或时效性环境下工作。 Good listener, sharing information and assuming responsibility to ensure success of any and all tasks. 善于倾听,分享信息,承担责任并确保所有任务成功。 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 优秀的人际交往和沟通能力。 Proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 熟悉运用Excel、Word、PowerPoint。 Additional Experience, Skills and Job Competencies for Operation Analyst performing equipment coordination with GT Nexus Partner for Factory Management: 针对与GT Nexus合作伙伴进行设备协调和支持的营运分析师,所需要的额外的经验,技能及工作能力: Factory Floor System working experience is a plus. 有工厂车间系统相关工作经验者优先
