Work directly with clients on Network Onboarding engagement and support, including but not limited to 为客户系统启动的日常操作提供支持并持续改善业务流程。对客户系统启动提供的协助和支持包括但不限于： Customer/partner onboarding support. 为客户及其贸易合作伙伴的系统启动提供支持； Partner onboarding outreach. 主动联系贸易合作伙伴加速其系统启动进程； Onboarding project coordination and monitoring 对系统启动项目的跟进、协调和监督； Training center user ID creation (Infor Campus) 负责培训系统（Infor Campus）的用户创建； Equipment ordering support 对贸易合作伙伴的设备订购提供支持和帮助； Customer campaign list support 筛选和整理出客户信息通知所需的人员名单； Generate reporting metrics on a regular/ ad-hoc basis. 生成定期/不定期的度量报告。 Work on continuous improvement projects such as to streamline the onboarding process and improve the efficiency. 持续改进项目，如减少系统启动生命周期和提高效率。 Handle ad-hoc operations tasks/ data entries tasks. 处理临时的操作任务/资料录入工作。 Check and finish daily/ weekly/ monthly reports per request. 按照要求检查并完成日报/周报/月报。 Experience, Skills and Job Competencies: 经验，技能和工作能力： 3 - 5 years’ experience in general business operations. 3 - 5年一般商业营运经验。 Strong Operations experience in the international supply chain or trading industry. 具有丰富的国际供应链或贸易行业的营运经验。 Strong customer orientation and analytical skills.
