工作职责: 1、 主导项目策划与管理，制定项目实施计划，管控项目进度，保证从设计到量产的项目各阶段里程碑和目标的实现； 2、 负责组建、管理项目团队，引领、指导和激励项目团队完成任务，定期对项目PDT成员进行考评； 3、 负责项目变更的管理和汇报，包括内外部的变更需求的可行性、影响、时间周期及投入分析，确保变更按照流程执行导入； 4、 负责项目风险和问题识别、解决和监控，及时预警并制定挽回行动，以确保风险可控； 5、 及时响应客户合理的需求，定期汇报项目开展情况，组织每周项目总结和阶段总结会议。 1. Lead project planning and management, create project master plan, control project progress, and ensure the achievement of project milestones and goals at all stages from design to mass production. 2. Build and manage the project team, guide and motivate the team to accomplish the tasks, and regularly evaluate the project PDT members. 3. Responsible for the management and reporting of project changes, including the feasibility, impact, time cycle and input analysis of internal and external requirements, ensuring that changes are implemented and imported in accordance with the process. 4. Supervise project risks, provide timely alerts and develop actions. 5. Respond timely to the reasonable requirement of customers, lead the weekly project review meeting with cross function team to actively track the project status and make sure the closure of the action items. 任职资格: 1、 本科及以上学历，机械/机电/自动化/管理类相关专业优先； 2、 熟练应用英语听说读写； 3、 三年以上管理工作经验，五年以上同行业岗位经验； 4、 拥有PMP证书 5、 熟悉项目管理流程，了解如ERP、PLM、项目管理等IT系统基础知识和内在逻辑； 6、良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力，能跨部门沟通合作。 1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical/automation/management or relevant majors. 2. Flute in speaking and writing of English. 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, 5 years of experience in the same industry. 4. PMP certificate 5. Proficient in project management process, familiar with ERP, PLM and other project management system. 6. Good communication skills and teamwork ability, be able to work multichannel and cross functional.
