工作职责 - 在员工所属的层次结构负责下:负责产品类别的日常管理; - 收集、检查和维护记录(包括但不限于:报价表、范围列表、供应商列表、跟进、色板、文档/唛头); - 部门内部和其他部门之间的协调,以跟进样品状态,样品检查,改进,样品交付到BSL /国外,通用部门文件,KPI文件; - 积极参与产品经理要求的开发上市时间; - 上级安排的职位相关的其他任务。 Job Duties - Under the responsibility of her/his hierarchy: responsible for the daily administration of the product category; - Gather, check and maintain records (incl. but not limited to: offer sheets, range list, supplier list, follow-up, swatches, documentation/Shipping Marks...); - Coordination within the department and between other departments to follow up on samples status, sample checking, improvements, delivery of samples to BSL/abroad, common department documents, KPI files; - Actively involved in the time to market of developments requested by product managers; - Other assignment related to the position arranged by the superior. 任职要求 - 大专及以上学历; - 1-2年相关领域经验;资质好的应届毕业生可以考虑; - 优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力。会法语/德语尤佳; - 熟练使用电脑和Microsoft办公软件(主要是Excel); - 易于沟通; - 积极分享/能够提供反馈; - 忠于职守并有责任感。 Requirements - College degree or above; - 1-2 years’ experience in related fields; fresh graduate with good qualification can be considered; - Excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese & English. French/German is a plus; - Solid PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel); - Easy to communicate; - Active in sharing/able to provide feedback; - Commited and with sense of duty.
