Key Responsibilty： 主要职责 ： 1. Execute purchasing group E01 global frame contract, including sensors, cable&connector, motor&inverter, electrical components, scanner and etc. to issue POs to corresponding suppliers, and follow up the delivery status. 执行E01采购组框架协议，包括传感器，线缆&接头，电机&变频器，电气件和光扫等，释放订单给相应的供应商，并跟踪物料交付状态 2. Communicate with internal departments and suppliers to meet the timing plan of project. 与公司需求部门和供应商沟通协调，以达到项目的时间节点 3. Payment process for suppliers and follow up the status 执行付款流程并跟踪状态 4.Execute cross company PO and follow up the delivery status from German supplier to EBZ Systec in SAP system. 执行cross company订单，并在SAP系统中跟踪德国供应商交货到EBZ Systec的状态 5. Soure suppliers, make price comparisons and place the PO of production cosumables. 针对生产耗材进行询价，比价和释放订单 6. Collecting the payment plan of purchase department and send it to finance weekly 每周收集采购部门的付款计划，并发送给财务部 7. Complete other responsibilities as allocated by the department head. 完成部门经理交待的其他事项 Qualifications: 任职资格： 1.College Degree or above 大专及以上学历 2. Engineering background 工科背景 3. 3 years‘ experience in purchasing 3年采购工作经验 4.Good knowledge of English, he/she can communicate with German colleagues in English 要有较好的英语水平, 能和德国同事使用英语交流 5.Knowledge in MS Office 熟悉办公软件 6.Knowledge of SAP S4 is an advantage 有SAP S4经验者优先
