岗位职责： 1.Local Ecommerce Support: ①Manage assets for different region retailer's e-commerce systems, including uploading and organizing new assets. ②Handle additional asset and content requests from retailers and ensure timely delivery. ③Coordinate translation for product copy to cater to different markets. 2.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with merchandising, brand marketing, and design teams to ensure accurate and timely product information updates. 3.Product Catalog Management: ①Manage and maintain product catalog data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. ②Regularly update and review product information on retailer platform to reflect changes and updates accurately. 4.E-commerce Platform Management: ①Perform daily maintenance and management of ZURU's e-commerce platforms, including Show Cloud, Salsify, Syndigo, and Share Drive. ②Ensure timely uploading and saving of all e-commerce assets on the platforms. ③Keep track of the asset delivery schedule and provide updates to the internal team. 5.Sample Coordination: Collaborate with the merchandising team to arrange customized samples for photography and retouching purposes. 6.Stakeholder Communication: ①Coordinate with teams and retailers to ensure smooth asset management and information updates. ②Maintain effective communication channels to address queries, resolve issues, and provide updates as required. 任职要求： 1.Previous experience in ecommerce support or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or regional retail environment. 2.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Show Cloud, Salsify, Syndigo, and Share Drive is a plus. 3.Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 4.Proficient in asset management, including uploading, organizing, and delivering assets. 5.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 6.High attention to details. 7.Strong communication skills. 8.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. 9.Fluency in English is required.
