RESPONSIBILITIES Mission This role is responsible for delivering defined project outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results Project Coordinate and plan field assignments for project management activities. May be responsible for one or more projects / one or more clients Issue the documents and instructions for the project execution from the planning to the invoicing of the services Plan and schedule of workload of field personnel, ensure that the assignment requirements are understood and met by field personnel Assist fieldpersonnel in the execution of their assigned responsibilities Evaluate field personnel performance Ensure that all data entry into RINA systems is performed in accordance with the agreed systems and procedures Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA Quality Management System Support and participate in the organisation’s environmental and safety program to conform to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements Comply with HSE Policies, Procedures and Guidelines Responsible for waste disposal as per the guidelines of the organization Be aware and understand the Quality Policy. Customer Ensure services are supplied to requirements and within margin and project targets Cooperate with Business Development function in commercial activities up to order Intake. Arrange and attend to meetings (both kick off and periodical) with customers. Collect customers’ satisfaction and letter of reference at the end of the project Review the invoice prior to submittal to submittal to the client in order to ensure the Correctness. Qualification At least 5 years’ customer service background, preferably within the relevant industry of competence Education Bachelor’s degree; a lower level of qualification is acceptable if there is a considerable work experience and / or professional skills Competences Building and developing knowledge Specialist expert and building capability in the assigned team for the project execution Change innovation Support change Planning and Organising Leverage strong organizational skills to ensure complete work cycle for the project delivery Results Orientated Ensure the assigned team for the project execution achieves goals both in terms of profitability and client satisfaction in Quality, Speed and Consistency of service Customer Service Responsible for the understanding and delivery of complex client requirements related to size and scope of technical services specified. Business Development Support the business development activity by maximizing repeat and new business opportunities, through customer satisfaction and engagement Communication and Influence Communicate effectively and influence all stakeholders Teamwork and Leadership Leading and motivating the assigned personnel for the project execution OTHER SKILLS Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to read, write and speak in English language Demonstrated customer focus, striving for high customer satisfaction and being responsive to client needs
