思科红牌职位，可远程办公！ Roles & Responsibilities: • Manages medium to large projects or multiple small projects, which are customer facing, inclusive of product/solution deployment & network operation, optimization & consulting services provisioning across all Cisco product lines. Management internal projects/programs within Cisco might also be involved subject to task assignments. • Within given timeframe, manage project cost and revenue at required target level and achieve customer satisfaction (90% or higher) by carrying out below captioned tasks (not exhaustive): •Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements. •Participates in the preparation of proposals and agreements. •Oversees project staff including project engineers, vendors, partners and subcontractors. •Manages the project from start to completion including the resolution of project issues. •Follow up customer change requests and implement them. •Manage internal projects/programs within Cisco. Desired Skills & Qualifications • Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent. • Has been formally trained with Project Management knowledge & skills. • Has basic knowledge of routing, switching & related protocols, internet, and general network architecture. • 4+ years working experience in telecommunication/networking industry, or 4+ years LAN and/or WAN network implementation and support experience plus 2+ years in a clearly defined Project Management role. • Has leadership skills and experience working with large project teams and strategic account teams. • Has working knowledge of sales activities including risk assessment, scoping, contracting etc. • Partner/subcontractor managing experience. • Has strong negotiation and presentation skills. •Project Management experience in the deployment of leading-edge technologies in a complex commercial environment is preferred. •PMP, ACP/Scrum Master or equivalent certified is preferred. •Experience in serving large/critical accounts is preferred.
